Music & Events: 8/22 – 8/28/2016

This is the last full week of Music at Redfish for Summer 2016, so be sure to join us on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday! You can also join us for the very last Music From Stanley next Sunday for what’s sure to be an excellent performance by Jonathan Warren & David Henry. And there’s still plenty to do at Redfish this Summer, so be sure to make plans to enjoy the Plein Air Painters in early September, and celebrate the area’s volunteer emergency responders with the Annual Firemen’s Ball on the 24th!

This Week

Wednesday (8/24):

Pesky Grape Seeds

Douglas Cameron
Douglas Cameron

Our friends from local folk band, Pesky Grape Seeds, never disappoint. With their great renditions of classic tunes and fun performance style, they’ve gathered fans all over the Sawtooths for years. We’ve enjoyed a few great performances from them this Summer, and we’re sad that this will be their last show on our stage this year. We hope you’ll have some fun with us as we thank them for another wonderful summer of music.

Friday (8/26):

Douglas Cameron

Douglas Cameron is one of our favorite, Boise-area singer-songwriters. This talented guy has been supporting music at Redfish Lake for a long time and we’re super pleased to bring him out for another great performance. Be sure to make your plans to stay for a show that is sure to be filled with skillful guitar and soulful lyrics. We’ll look forward to seeing you for the show.

Sunday (8/28):

Mathias

Mathias
Mathias

Mathias is a Bozeman-based singer-songwriter that has built a name for himself by accompanying his folk-flavored, percussive guitar with a powerful, Western voice. After sharing his talents with international crowds throughout Southeast Asia and the United States, he has spent the last few years building a following in the Western States. We truly enjoyed his visit to Redfish Lake last Summer and we’re super excited to welcome him back for another awesome show.
