The Plein Air Painter of Idaho will visit Redfish Lake Lodge for their Annual Redfish Lake Paint-Out from September 2-4, 2014. This is an
awesome event that draws artistic talent from across the state of Idaho for live demonstrations, creative inspirations, and much, much more. Painters will be actively creating pieces of art at various locations around the Lake, with final pieces displayed and offered for sale in the Event Tent near the Lodge. This is an extraordinary opportunity to get up close and personal with some of Idaho’s most exceptional natural artists, to witness their craft in a detailed form that most people never experience.In the end, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase original pieces which you may have witnessed at various stages of birth, and which may hold special significance due to the recognizable features and settings portrayed. Cowboy Music & Poetry at the Lodge
Redfish Lake Lodge will host its Annual Cowboy Music & Poetry Event on Saturday, September 6, 2014. This is a truly western experience in which traditionally-clad cowboys dazzle crowds with pretty words and colorful tunes. Throw on your boots and spurs to join us on the Lawn for some mountain family fun in the sun.
*The Cowboy Music & Poetry performance is part of a group of performances taking place throughout the weekend in Stanley (from Sept. 5-7). Events will also include the area’s first Cowboy Quickdraw competition, which is sure to be loads of fun.
