Updated Health and Safety Procedures
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the lake, and are doing all we can to keep our guests and team happy and healthy this summer! We will be adjusting our procedures throughout the season, as Idaho progresses through the stages of recovery. Please let us know if you have any questions and we look forward to welcoming you!
Public Spaces & Restrooms
We will be sanitizing and disinfecting high touch surfaces such as door handles and railings on a timed schedule, and limiting the number of seats in the lobby and on the front porch of the lodge so that we can obey physical distancing guidelines while they are in place. We will be misting the restroom regular with an EPA disinfectant called Vitaloxide.
Guest Rooms & Cabins
In our cabins and rooms we will be elevating our detailed cleaning processes to disinfect all surfaces with increased frequency and depth. We will be using virus specific disinfectant and our dedicated staff will take every precaution and measure to ensure cleanliness. We will also be fogging each room regularly with a special EPA approved disinfectant called Vitaloxide. We will be able to offer contactless check-in’s if requested.
Marina
We will be wiping high touch surfaces on our boats with disinfectant, and posting signage to help with social distancing. In some cases until June 12th we will have to limit the number of people on our shuttles and tours to help comply with state and federal distancing guidelines.
General Store
We will be limiting the number of guests through June 12th in our store to comply with physical distancing requirements. We will also have partitions in place to protect both our patrons and staff. We will be setting up an online store to allow guests to purchase amazing Redfish souvenirs, and gear.
Restaurant, Bar and Lakeside Grill
Limbert’s will be open for dine in and be providing take out. Reservations will be required for dine in until June 26th. We will be offering room service and delivery to all Redfish cabins and rooms. The Lakeside Grill will be open as normal, and providing beverages. Drinks will be available at an outside cart.
Hand Washing and Sanitizing
We will have handwashing and hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the resort.
Physical Distancing
There will be signs posted encouraging physical distancing throughout the resort, for as long as need be necessary.
