Lodge rooms 17 is a rustic, historic and simple room. It has a special simple charm. These are rooms meant for people who spend all day out on an adventure, and are not planning on spending a lot of time inside. The rooms are on the backside of the lodge and have a view of the forest. Lodge Room 17 is above the restaurant and bar. While we do all we can to keep the lodge quiet after 10pm you may have some noise during our breakfast and dinner service and into the evening. Many of our guests love these rooms and come back year after year, but these rooms are for those who love adventure, and are used to a rustic mountain atmosphere and social ambiance. Lodge Room 17 has one queen bed and a washbasin.  These rooms sleep two as a maximum. Across the hall you will find the hostel style bathrooms, with two private shower stalls in the men's side and two private shower stalls in the women's side. The lodge was built in 1929 and this room calls back to that era. Lodge Room 17 is perfect for couples seeking minimalism, a great location and adventure.
