What We Serve
We serve a variety of breakfast items at the lodge that will leave your mouth watering for more! Some of our most popular dishes include: eggs benedict, french toast, omelete, breakfast burrito, biscuits and gravy,etc. and many other tasty dishes. If you are interested in a lighter breakfast, we serve lighter items such as yogurt and granola, oatmeal, banana bread, toast, and our famous huckleberry muffin. Limbert’s serves the perfect variety of breakfast items and it truly one of the best breakfasts in Stanley, ID! There is something for everyone to eat for breakfast at Redfish!
Dine-in or Takeout
Going out for breakfast is a must when visiting Redfish Lake Lodge. If you have places to be and can’t join us dining in house, our entire breakfast menu is available for take out; we understand there is much to do in the Sawtooth mountains. We strive to provide our customers with a relaxing morning and a beautiful view of the lake for those we serve inside, as well as allow the option to get on the hiking trails and take the food on your adventure! The Lakeside Grill is open from 11-8pm during our peak season for lunch and dinner, we are open at Limbert’s for dinner from 5-10pm in our peak season, and the Rustic Lounge is open from 12pm-12am daily.
Coffee Time!
What better way to start your day than with a warm, fresh-brewed coffee sitting on the front porch watching the sun glisten off the glassy lake? Well you’re in luck because we can provide that experience every morning while you are visiting! We carry one of the most savory coffees in all of Idaho, shipping from our local friends down in Boise, Idaho, Caffeina! Our espresso machine is one of our greatest assets to our breakfast menu. We have many options to choose from and have a trained barista every morning for the espresso drinks needing to be served. Lastly, our greatest deal of the morning is that all drip coffee is refillable until noon on the day of your coffee purchase! You will never have to worry about not having enough!
